Just a few kilometers from the cabins, you will find spectacular beaches where you can practice water sports, take surfing lessons… Or rent a boat to sail the impressive Santander bay, which is said to be one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
Less than an hour away are the Picos de Europa National Park, the Soplao Caves, the Cabárceno Nature Park, the Alto Campoo ski resort and of course the magnificent city of Santander. Dedicated for more than 20 years to design in all its aspects, from graphic, fashion, industrial and product design, the last few years I have focused on the real estate market, interior design and renovations, with the confidence of several international clients.
When I was a child, I spent my family vacations in "La Cabaña", a little house built by my parents in Asturias. From that simple life in connection with nature I keep my happiest memories.
Cabin Escapes is a project that combines my passion for design, architecture and nature, with the desire to share with more people the happiness of that experience that I remember so well.
The investment depends on location, size, original condition, and choice of design, but is usually in the range of 150K to 200K €.
Our fee for the entire project, from selection to delivery of keys, is 20% of the total investment. We do not ask for commissions from our suppliers.
We distribute the total investment in a series of payments throughout the process, which usually lasts around 24 months, corresponding to the different milestones:
To secure our commitment, we will ask you for a down payment of €3,000. Then, after making the selection of the property, the next payment is made at the time of purchase. This payment includes a down payment to start working on the project.
A third payment when obtaining the license, and start the works, a fourth payment during its development and finally, the remaining amount at the delivery of keys.
Nº1 in renting luxury cabins in nature. Once the cabins are finished, we take care of their rental, maintenance, cleaning, etc.
Our fees for this service correspond to a percentage of the rental income. We only earn when you earn. Thus, our goal is to achieve maximum occupancy and attract the highest quality guests.

Permit Management
Depending on its original state and the degree of protection of each cabin, specific licenses are required. At Cabin Escapes we have a deep knowledge of local legislation and work with specialized architects and technicians; we know how to expedite and obtain these permits in the shortest possible time.
We make it Reality
We work with construction companies specialized in these unique constructions. We draw up a plan with them and establish deadlines and a schedule of deliveries and payments, to give the greatest certainty and confidence to all parties involved so that the only thing left to do is to enjoy the process.

Once it is finished, you can personally enjoy your cabin whenever you want. And when you don't use it, we rent it out for you, generating passive income.
